Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed.

Return conditions:

  1. Return period: All items (except for the exceptions listed below) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Condition of items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging. Damaged products will not be exchanged or refunded.
  3. Proof of purchase: Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
  4. Exceptions: Certain items, such as clearance items (discounted by more than 50%) cannot be returned. Items with minor imperfections are sold as is, so this is a final sale.

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that a 3% processing fee may apply, which is attributable to non-refundable fees charged by our payment platform, effective 2021.
